Results
The QUEST trial reported the composite of heart-failure hospitalization or cardiovascular death in 25.02% versus 30.03% with placebo (HR 0.78, 95% CI 0.68–0.90).
Limitations
Results apply to the studied HFrEF population and adjunctive regimen.
